Job description:
About The Role:
Location: Metro Melbourne, with regular travel to metro and regional sites
Role type: Part-time, 0.8 FTE, ongoing, with flexibility across working days
Remuneration: $133,596.41 inclusive of 12% superannuation, pro rata
As the Injury Management and Workers Compensation Consultant, you will help employees navigate safe, supported and sustainable return-to-work pathways. You will manage workers' compensation claims from end to end, coordinate injury management planning, and provide practical advice across both work-related and non-work-related injury matters.
This is a hands-on role with real variety and impact. You will work closely with managers, employees, insurers, medical providers, and WorkCover to support positive outcomes, while contributing to a safe, supportive and effective workplace. You will be part of a close-knit and highly experienced team that values autonomy and collaboration with strong manager support.
