Experienced Property Manager (Part-Time)

Are you a seasoned Property Manager who can handle just about anything... then we'd love to hear from you!

This is a 20-hour per week role, with flexibility around how those hours are worked to suit the right person.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in residential property management.

• Confident using PropertyMe (essential).

• Great communication skills, a calm head, and the ability to juggle priorities without juggling actual people.

• Happy to work in a small boutique office.

The best part?

• No outside appointments. Routine Inspection Officer does all RI, Entry & Exits.

• No Trust Accounting.

• No Weekends.

About You:

The successful applicant will possess:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation.

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

• High attention to detail and the ability to produce professional reports.

• A proactive and positive attitude.

• Confidence working independently and managing a busy schedule.

• Good computer skills and the ability to learn property management software.

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
