The Adelaide Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Evening Supervisor to join our hospitality leadership team.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Evening Supervisor will take responsibility for the smooth operation of evening food and beverage services throughout the Club.
In addition to overseeing evening service, the role includes supervising and coordinating Club functions, member events, private dining experiences, and other associated tasks as needed.
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong operational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise evening food and beverage operations.
Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered.
Supervise staff during evening and weekend trading periods.
Coordinate and oversee Club functions and special events.
Assist with event planning, room preparation, and operational delivery.
Design and deliver staff training programs on service standards and product knowledge in coordination with Management
Support and develop team members through coaching and leadership.
Maintain presentation and service standards throughout the Club.
Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and Club policies.
Build strong relationships with members and guests while delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
About You
You are an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys responsibility and thrives in a premium service environment.
You will ideally possess:
Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, food and beverage, hotels, clubs, restaurants, or events.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience coordinating functions and special events.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
High standards of personal presentation and customer service.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
A current RSA certificate valid in South Australia.
A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
