Assistant Marketing Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Retail team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll support the delivery of innovative marketing campaigns, events, partnerships and customer experiences that enhance our asset's performance and strengthen its connection with the local community.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and broader asset team, you'll play a key role in bringing our Experience Vision to life through engaging activations, strategic marketing initiatives and customer-focused experiences.

Your opportunity

As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will:

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, events and activations that drive customer engagement and visitation.
• Help deliver a distinctive customer experience aligned to the asset's positioning and local community needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, community groups, brand partners and key stakeholders.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media and email marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate visual merchandising, signage and promotional activity across the centre.
• Assist with budget management, forecasting, purchase orders and campaign ROI reporting.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through partnerships, sponsorships and marketing initiatives.
• Support media relations and help enhance the asset's reputation within the local market.

What you'll bring

We're looking for a proactive marketing professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about customer experience.

You will ideally have:

• Experience within marketing, retail marketing, customer experience or a related field.
• Experience delivering campaigns, events, activations or multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Digital marketing experience across social media, websites and email communications.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A creative mindset, commercial acumen and genuine passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Customer Experience or a related discipline.
