Junior Sales Administrator

The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a diverse, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple conflicting priorities. 
 
This is a varied role which includes key duties such as: 

• Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity; 
• Preparing and processing documents including Form 6s and contracts; 
• Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy; 
• Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management; 
• Manage listing campaigns; 
• Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings; and 
• Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience. 

What you will bring to the table: 

• Previous experience in a support role within the Real Estate industry is beneficial but not required; 
• Strong administrative skills – you’re organised, efficient, proactive and love a good to-do list; 
• You’re tech savvy! You have the ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly; 
• Social media experience & interest – you know your way around Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. Helping create engaging online content to boost brand presence; 
• The ability to adapt and be flexible with the varied demands of the industry; 
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills; 
• Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude; 
• Excellent communication skills; and a 
• Professional presentation
