TANA Australia is a wholly owned subsidiary of TANA OY a Finish environmental technology company specialising in machines and equipment for mechanical processing of solid waste. We supply premium machinery to the municipal, waste and recycling sectors through a strong network across Australia and New Zealand.
We're now looking for a Senior Parts Interpreter to join our Mount Kuring-Gai team. If you're customer-focused, mechanically minded, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this could be the role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Process parts enquiries, orders, and invoicing
Interpret spare parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
Assist internal departments (service and sales) with parts requirements
Perform stock-takes and maintain accurate inventory
General warehousing duties: picking, packing, and receiving parts
We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (construction, agricultural, or automotive)
Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Parts Interpreter
Mechanical aptitude or equipment knowledge is highly regarded
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
Australian work authorisation required for this position
