We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented Casual Sales Associates to join our Birkenhead Point store.

As part of the New Balance team, you will play a key role in bringing the New Balance experience to life, your responsibilities include:

• Delivering friendly, personalised customer service and building genuine connections

• Driving sales by understanding customer needs and helping them find the right fit

• Supporting customers with product advice across footwear and apparel

• Maintaining the store presentation in line with New Balance visual merchandising standards

• Assisting with stock operations, including deliveries, replenishment, and stockroom organisation

• Desire to challenge yourself to achieve individual and company objectives.

To be successful you will have:

• Previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment (highly regarded)

• A confident communicator who enjoys working in a team environment

• Energetic and positive can-do attitude

• Well-presented with a professional approach

• Willingness to learn and grow your product knowledge

• A keen interest in retail, fashion and sporting trends

• Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends.
