We are a busy specialist consulting practice and day surgery located in Kent Town. Our facility specialises in skin cancer surgery, Mohs surgery, oculoplastic surgery and laser.

About the role

We are growing and looking for an experienced, professional, motivated and hands on medical receptionist to join our team.

Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm, excluding weekends and public holidays. 4 - 5 days per week. Casual positions with a view to permanent in the future, if preferred.

The successful applicant must have the following experience and attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a medical or specialist practice;

• Team player with a positive attitude;

• Superior time management & organisational skills;

• Strong attention to detail;

• Commitment to delivering quality customer service;

• The ability to work within a fast-paced work environment;

• Understanding of confidentiality requirements;

• Knowledge of computerised practice management systems;

• Experience with day surgery billing highly regarded;

• Available to cover other staff when required during periods of leave and sickness;

• Current police checks and WWCC.
