About the Role 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at our high volume service operation, located at Hillcrest, reporting directly to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• customer service enquiries and bookings;

• writing up costing repair orders;

• estimating time required to complete the job;

• customer invoicing;

• communicating with customers re vehicle progress;

• liaising with Workshop Controller re progress of repairs on vehicles.
