About the role  

Reporting to the General Manager of Product Care and based onsite at the Homebush West Corporate Office, you will manage global contract registers and business proposal activities for Harvey Norman’s Product Protection programs.

You will;

• Coordinate contract preparation, execution, and stakeholder approvals through Adobe Sign.
• Maintain and administer the contract register, ensuring all supplier agreements are accurately recorded and up to date.
• Support Request for Pricing (RFP) activities by gathering data, preparing documentation, and tracking project timelines.
• Liaise with internal and external legal teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely contract outcomes.
• Contribute to Supplier Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and provide project management support to the General Manager Product Care.

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive professional with strong administrative, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and have a keen eye for detail when handling contracts, supplier documentation, and project activities.

You will also;

• Have a good understanding of contract management practices
• Be able to take accurate minutes of meetings
• Effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks while meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives
• Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and SharePoint/Teams.
• Bring experience in contract administration and/or vendor management, with exposure to procurement processes highly regarded.
