Sales Administrator (Export and Domestic)

About the role

Two Hands Wines is seeking a Sales Administrator (Export and Domestic Wholesale) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis at our Marananga location in South Australia. This is a pivotal position that supports both our export and domestic sales operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient administration across all customer touchpoints. You will be instrumental in facilitating sales processes, managing customer relationships, and maintaining the operational excellence that underpins Two Hands Wines' success in both local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Processing sales orders from both export and domestic clients with accuracy and efficiency

• Managing customer enquiries and providing responsive support to maintain strong client relationships

• Preparing quotations, invoices, and other sales documentation in compliance with company procedures

• Coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales databases

• Handling administrative tasks related to wine export documentation and compliance requirements

• Assisting with order tracking and communicating delivery status to customers

• Supporting the preparation of sales reports and performance analytics

• Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order processing

• Contributing to the development and improvement of sales administration processes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales administration, client administration, or a related administrative role

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with sales management systems or CRM software

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative

• Experience with export procedures and international trade documentation is highly desirable

• Knowledge of the wine industry is preferred but not essential

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Professional approach to customer service and client engagement
