Contract Administrator

DNC Projects is looking for a capable and organised Contracts Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of a diverse range of construction projects across Perth.

This is a hands-on role working closely with our Site Managers. Rather than being tied to one project, you’ll work across multiple jobs, helping our delivery team stay on top of commercial administration, procurement, costs and variations.

We are looking for someone practical, commercially aware and comfortable working in a collaborative environment where the focus is on getting projects delivered well.

The Role

You will support the project delivery team across a range of commercial construction projects, including:

• Tracking project budgets, commitments and actual costs

• Assisting with procurement of materials, subcontractors and suppliers

• Preparing and managing purchase orders and subcontract documentation

• Tracking and administering variations

• Preparing and assisting with progress claims

• Reviewing supplier and subcontractor invoices against project budgets and commitments

• Maintaining project cost reports and forecasts

• Supporting Site Managers with day-to-day commercial administration

• Helping maintain accurate project records and documentation

• Assisting with project documentation and closeout

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar construction role

• Understands construction budgets, procurement, variations and progress claims

• Is organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at once

• Has good attention to detail without getting lost in unnecessary administration

• Communicates well with Site Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients

• Is confident with Excel and construction/project management systems

• Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion

• Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team
