Counter Sales/ Warehousing Role - Gas & HVAC Supplies

GP HVAC Group is seeking a driven and customer-focused Counter Sales / Warehouse professional to join our team in Croydon. This is a hands-on role combining front counter sales with warehouse operations, supporting our valued trade customers in the gas and HVAC supply industry.

About the Role

You’ll be the face of our business, assisting trade customers at the counter while also ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to trade customers at the counter

• Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately

• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders efficiently

• Receive and manage incoming stock

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational goals

About You

• Previous experience in counter sales, warehousing, or trade supply (HVAC/plumbing/gas highly regarded)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) is an advantage

• Basic computer skills for order processing
