The Group employing nearly 300 people across WA, NT & QLD is experiencing strong growth nationally, driven by long‑term client relationships, operational capability and a commitment to safety and performance.

Our Waterwell division specialises in water bore drilling and well services, operating across local government and Tier 1 mining clients in Australia. Projects range from mine‑site water supply to deep artesian bore drilling.

What You'll Do:

• Attending site breakdowns
• Diagnostic fault finding on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and air systems
• Diagnosis and repair on late model 8 x 8 trucks using computerised diagnostic equipment 
• Major repairs and servicing of all drilling and support equipment 
•  Ensure equipment is maintained safely and timely to minimise cost and increase productivity
• Undertake risk and pre-task assessments & inspections
• Provide technical guidance & field service support to operations personnel 
• Effective management of documentation and reporting 

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in the same role on site 
• Mobile Plant Trade Certificate III 
• Working knowledge of compressors and hydraulics
• Being able to plan work and self-manage 
• Valid HR Drivers Licence - minimum 
• Experience with Water Well / RC / Exploration Drill rigs - highly desired
• Air Conditioning ARC Accreditation - highly desired
• AFFF Ticket - highly desired 
• Clean National Police Clearance -within the last 12 months
