Sales and Customer Support

About the role

As a Sales & Customer Service team member you will be part of our Head office team. We are looking for someone with a friendly and positive can-do attitude who thrives on collaborating with colleagues to provide the best possible customer experience from initial enquiries through to the despatch of orders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about offering customer solutions with the opportunity to learn more about customer service and sales in the Healthcare Industry.

Key responsibilities

• Providing friendly and professional responses to customer queries via phone and email, referring to the wider team where appropriate

• Quoting customers through our ERP system and providing supporting information on product choices and availability

• Following up leads and quotes, including logging feedback on systems

• Developing expertise in product knowledge for all existing and new products

• Assisting walk-in customers with enquiries in a prompt and friendly manner

• Maintain a clean and presentable retail display space

• Supporting the warehouse team in order fulfilment and freight bookings

• Supporting the wider team with quotations, sales orders, freight and account queries

• Database management

• Ad hoc administrative duties as required

About you

• Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role preferably in rehab and medical equipment

• Friendly & thrives in a team environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Problem solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good computer skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
