The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established firm with a distinguished reputation in personal injury law, is seeking a senior solicitor to strengthen their growing team and contribute to their continued success.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of sophisticated personal injury matters including motor vehicle incidents, public liability claims, and workers' compensation disputes
• Deliver comprehensive legal counsel and advocacy services to clients from initial consultation through to resolution
• Liaise effectively with medical professionals, insurance providers, and key stakeholders to construct compelling cases and secure optimal client outcomes
• Guide and develop junior legal practitioners within the team
• Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives to expand the firm's personal injury division
• Maintain adherence to all applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and professional obligations

Your Profile

• Minimum 1-4 years post-qualification experience in personal injury litigation, preferably within a plaintiff-focused practice or corporate legal environment
• Superior legal research, analytical thinking, and written communication abilities
• Proven negotiation skills and client relationship management experience
• Demonstrated capacity to operate autonomously while contributing effectively to team objectives
• Outstanding organisational abilities and deadline management
• Dedication to delivering superior client outcomes
• Valid practising certificate in New South Wales
