Our Old Reynella clinic is growing, and we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Service Officer / Receptionist to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Client Service Officer / Receptionist to work 3-4 days a week at our Old Reynella clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and has excellent administrative and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings.
Supporting therapists with administrative tasks, including maintaining client records and preparing documents.
Handling NDIS-related enquiries and processing documentation.
Ensuring the clinic reception area is organized and welcoming.
About You:
Previous experience in a customer service or reception role (experience in a healthcare setting is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with practice management software (desirable).
Familiarity with NDIS processes and requirements (advantageous but not essential).
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
