Logistics Supervisor Metro RMX

Heidelberg Materials Australia seeking an enthusiastic, professional and reliable Transport Supervisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Transport Manager, in this role you will manage the overall running and future growth of Heidelberg Materials Australia transport business for the Perth Metro Region.

In your new role you will:

• Be leading with a strong safety mindset and managing activities to reduce risk exposure for self and others.
• Oversee the training of drivers and be responsible for their ongoing performance.
• Assist with fleet maintenance, compliance and ongoing brand expectations of our fleet and personnel
• Support our customer deliveries with on-site coordination.
• Engage with various stakeholders to achieve business goals and priorities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships through regular communications to ensure that we are aiming towards achieving the perfect day for our customers.
