The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical HVAC Modeller looking to contribute to our long-term infrastructure projects. In addition to our existing portfolio of infrastructure projects.
This role requires an experienced Mechanical HVAC Modeller to model from concept design through to construction documentation, working closely with other team members of all disciplines. You will take ownership of your own coordination, documentation and modelling. The ability to work as a team member is a key requirement of the role.
Other duties include:
· Develop and coordinate 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD
· Collaborate with engineers and other discipline modellers to ensure accurate and integrated designs
· Prepare detail drawings and documentation in accordance with Australian standards and client requirements
· Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
· Support project delivery from concept through to construction
· Support Project Setup, Creating/Editing REVIT Families, Equipment Scheduling, Multi disciplines coordination and Clash Detection
Who are you?
As an individual you are excited by the prospect of delivering iconic projects to the end and you will have a proven background in building services and/or major infrastructure projects.
You will also have the following skills and experience:
· Proven and progressive Revit MEP experience in the building services industry
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential
· Navisworks / clash detection experience desirable
· Revizto experience desirable
· Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC systems and relevant Australian codes and standards
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
