The Position: 

• Prepare high-quality dishes for corporate events, tech-savvy sites, and VIP clientele. 

• Collaborate with a team to deliver fine dining experiences with precision and consistency. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen environment. 

• Handle special dietary requirements and customize menus for high-profile guests. 

• Showcase your culinary creativity while adhering to high standards of excellence. 

The Person: 

• 2+ years’ experience as a CDP or above in high quality kitchens, including corporate dining, well-regarded restaurants, or hotels.

• Proven experience in premium events, high-end corporate catering or refined dining.

• A genuine passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food in a timely manner. 

• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. 

• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to culinary excellence. 

• A calm, respectful demeanour, along with confident and clear communication, is essential in this environment.

• Exceptional grooming and personal presentation in all settings.
