About the role

Are you a passionate chef or cook looking to work in a vibrant and creative food environment? Milkwood Bakery, a leading provider of high-quality food and dining experiences in Berry, NSW 2535, is seeking part-time or full-time Chef/Cook to join their talented culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and crafting breakfast and lunch items using high-quality produce and local ingredients

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and cooking a variety of delicious breakfast & lunch menu items to our high standards

2. Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

3. Collaborating with the wider team to deliver outstanding customer service

4. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a chef, cook, or in a similar food preparation role, ideally within the hospitality industry

2. Full-time position.

3. Excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality food

4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

5. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices

7. Qualifications in commercial cookery or relevant culinary training would be highly regarded
