Nurse Level 7 Remuneration Package Range $197,471 - $204,487
(Including salary $168,246 - $176,039)

Selection will be made at the SAO2 or SP2 or N7 level depending on the qualifications of the successful applicant.

An exciting leadership opportunity exists for a Director of Specialist Services to provide strategic leadership and high-level operational management across:

• Forensic Mental Health Services

• Forensic Disability Unit

• Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)

Reporting at a senior level, you will lead the integration of Forensic Health Services and the design and development of contemporary CAMHS service models. The role is responsible for driving integrated models of care, leading service reform initiatives, and overseeing significant organisational change management activities to improve service delivery and outcomes.

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational management capabilities, with experience leading complex health or human services programs.
