Overview of the Role:

Paul Wakeling Motor Group is part of Macarthur's largest family owned multi-franchise motor dealership. We are now looking for the right candidate with a keen eye for detail to join our successful Service team in the role of Used Car Reconditioning Technician.

The Successful Applicant Must have:

• Proven experience undertaking Minor & Major maintenance & diagnostic work to the highest quality Standards.

• Able to quickly adapt to the ever-changing technologies across a wide range of vehicles

• Working closely with the technical team to ensuring correct steps are taken to problem solve faults

• Adhering to checklists and quality control standards

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary quality service

• Ability to mentor / provide guidance to junior technicians

• Keep up to date with mandatory factory training

• Take pride in your ability to problem solve / fault find.

• Excellent communication skills oral & written.

• Be mature, punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Reliable, conscientious, adaptable and customer focused

• A current drivers licence

• A current valid Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate

• A valid licence to carry out rego inspections
