About us

We are currently looking for general labourers for an immediate start, located in Rowville. We are a leader in the Insurance Restoration Industry with over 20 years as a trusted service provider. We work with a focus on delivering first-class service to our customers. Currently we are experiencing strong growth in our business and are looking for people who are fit and capable general hands and labourers who can approach work with a can-do attitude. 

We are looking for individuals who want to learn the ropes of our industry or are already familiar with the disaster restoration industry and are looking for an opportunity to progress themselves.

Multiple roles available for suitable applicants.

Qualifications & experience

• Be physically fit and have a positive, friendly, can-do attitude

• White card will be required prior to your working onsite

• Be flexible to undertake various labouring duties under supervision or autonomously and take initiative

• Have experience with the use of power tools or cleaning

• Honest and hardworking – background checks will apply

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written – must be fluent in speaking and writing English

• Be available to work 5 days Monday to Friday - Casual role with full time hours

• Good attention to detail

• Safety conscious

• Reliable

• Must be well presented as the role requires customer contact

Tasks & responsibilities

• Attend multiple sites. 

• Varied role in water/fire damaged sites i.e. cleaning, labouring and restoring.

• Safe use of hand/power tools. 

• Professional communication with clients.

• Long-term role with opportunities to develop further.
