The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and hands on Machine Operator to join our afternoon shift. This is a predominantly solo role responsible for operating and monitoring our Hydramama sachet production line, ensuring safe, efficient and consistent production.

What you’ll be doing

• Operate and monitor machinery throughout the shift

• Complete basic equipment and quality checks

• Troubleshoot minor issues and report faults or maintenance requirements

• Complete production, batch and cleaning records

• Monitor output and identify quality or production issues

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment

• Complete clear shift handovers and communicate any issues

What we’re looking for

• Experience in food manufacturing, production, machine operation or a similar environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Reliable, proactive and safety-focused

• Commitment to quality and food safety

• Willingness to learn, follow SOPs and identify issues
