F&B Service Expert - Lobby Lounge

The Food and Beverage Attendant provide exceptional service across a variety of food and beverage operations including in-room dining, lobby lounge and breakfast service. This versatile role requires a high level of flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively to ensure a top-notch experience for all guests.

Job description:

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.

• Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.

• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to reduce waste and ensure freshness.

• Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

About You: 

• An up-to-date Victorian RSA 

• Relevant experience in a similar role 

• Barista skills highly regarded

• Basic wine knowledge highly regarded

• Ability to prepare essential cocktails

• Working rights in Australia 

• Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guest 

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
