About the Role
The role is responsible for managing and instructing on significant matters to ensure that the broader interests of the workers compensation scheme (Nominal Insurer and Treasury Managed Fund) are protected in the resolution process. The role will also be responsible for driving and facilitating discussion to support workers compensation scheme reforms when required, preparing briefing papers for consideration in making/supporting scheme-wide policy decisions and responding to and implementing (as required) proposed changes to regulation, legislation or icare’s strategic development in the workers compensation scheme.
