Caulker, Grouter & Patcher

About the role

We are seeking experienced Precast Panel Caulkers, Grouters & Patchers to join our team at LA Caulking in Melbourne, VIC 3000. This is a full-time role and there are multiple positions available. 

What you'll be doing

• Caulking and sealing precast concrete panels to ensure a watertight and weather-resistant seal

• Grouting joints between precast panels to create a secure and seamless connection

• Patching and repairing any damage or defects in precast panels

• Collaborating with the construction team to coordinate work and meet project timelines

• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience as a precast caulker, grouter or patcher, preferably in the construction industry

• Strong technical skills in the use of caulking guns, grout pumps, and other relevant tools and equipment

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any issues that arise on the job

• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices

• White Card, EWP, own tools and own transport required.
