Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well-stocked

• Process transactions at the point-of-sale (cash, card, online)

• Handle product returns and exchanges

• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory

• Meet or exceed sales targets
