This is an opportunity to begin your professional journey within a globally recognised shipbuilding organisation known for its proven capability, advanced engineering excellence, and trusted performance.
Our structured 2 year Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your development through hands on experience, business rotations, and tailored support.
High-performing graduates will have the opportunity to transition into permanent roles upon successful completion of the program.

What’s Involved
The Austal Graduate Program offers meaningful exposure across multiple areas of our business, providing the foundation for a successful and rewarding career.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work on innovative vessel development, contributing to areas such as propulsion, structural design, electrical systems, and automation.
