Pastry Chef de Partie

We are looking for a passionate experienced Pastry Chef de Partie for our two hat venue.

Access to pool and sauna. Great for breaks on a hot day.

Unique opportunities to learn about Australian produce/suppliers. Expanding restaurant group with lots of room for growth and promotion.

Looking for a strong pastry cdp with experience.

You must have the following attributes:

• Suitable qualifications and had at least 2/3 year post apprenticeship experience, references will be contacted.
• Experience with chocolate, quenelles & training newer staff and apprentices.
• Be able to efficient
• Costing and development experience
• Have a valid visa or working rights.
• Strong dedication to your craft.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and can work as part of a team;
• Monitoring equipment to ensure quality of production;
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards;
• Evening and weekend work required.

This is a full-time position and requires a good deal of dedication.
