Banking/Financial Services + Collections/Migration experience
Mandatory SkillsStrong experience in Business Analysis and business process mapping.Hands-on experience with L3/L4 process mapping; Holocentric preferred.Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria (Given/When/Then).Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence.Experience with Visio and/or Holocentric.Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and traceability.Domain ExperienceStrong experience in Banking / Financial Services.Collections, Hardship, Debt Management, or related domain experience preferred.Experience working on large-scale migration or transformation programs.Nice to HaveExperience with target-state platform migrations and downstream system integration.Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.Familiarity with PLATO, AssistNow, or similar collections platforms.
