Joint Venture Allied Health Clinic has relocated its long-standing clinic to a brand new, purpose built facility in the expanding suburb of Joyner, within the Joyner Central Shopping Centre. We are looking for experienced Physiotherapists to join our multidisciplinary team in the Moreton Bay region. This is an opportunity to step into a busy and varied caseload while helping shape the future of an established, successful allied health service in our new clinic environment.

We're seeking a clinician with at least 12 months of private practice experience who wants more than simply treating back pain all day. You'll work alongside Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Psychologists, Remedial Massage Therapist and Allied Health Assistants, with genuine opportunities to develop specialist interests and progress into senior clinical or leadership positions if desired.

Work alongside a large Physiotherapy and Allied Health team, under the guidance and mentorship of the Principal Physiotherapist who has over 10 years experience in the industry.

• Base salary of $95,000-$115,000 + superannuation

• $1,200 annual CPD allowance

You'll manage a diverse caseload including:

• Musculoskeletal conditions

• WorkCover and compensable clients

• NDIS and HCP participants

• Functional rehabilitation

• Persistent pain presentations

• Hydrotherapy (if desired) and exercise-based rehabilitation

• Community and clinic-based clients

While all clinicians work across a varied caseload, we actively support the development of clinical interests and specialty areas. We offer the option to specialise or focus on a field of interest- PAEDIATRICS, NEURO, MUSC etc to pursue your interests.

You will ideally:

• Hold current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

• Have a minimum of 1 year of clinical physiotherapy experience

• Demonstrate excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills

• Be confident managing clients independently while seeking support when required

• Enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Be motivated to continue learning and developing professionally

• Have a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives
