Full-Time | Automotive & Motorsport Industry | Training Provided
Are you passionate about cars and motorsport, great with people and confident using computers?
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join a well-established company that is a leader in the car parts and motorsport industry.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion for cars, automotive parts and motorsport and would love to turn that interest into a career.
You don't need extensive industry experience — full training will be provided. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, great customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
About the Role
You'll be working with customers who are purchasing automotive and performance parts, with a large part of your day spent taking and processing orders.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Taking car parts orders over the phone and online
Assisting customers with product and parts enquiries
Entering orders and customer information into computer systems
Answering phone calls and emails
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
Learning the company's range of automotive and performance products
Liaising with the internal team to ensure orders are processed correctly
General administration and customer service duties
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for cars, automotive and motorsport
Enjoys talking to customers and helping people
Is confident and professional on the phone
Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Has excellent communication skills
Is organised and pays attention to detail
Is reliable, punctual and keen to learn
Has a positive attitude and is happy to be trained from the ground up
Automotive parts experience isn't essential.
However, you must have a genuine interest in cars, performance vehicles or motorsport. If you're the type of person who already knows your way around cars, follows motorsport, enjoys modifying vehicles or simply has a strong passion for the automotive world, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Get
Full training and support
The opportunity to learn the automotive parts industry from experienced people
A chance to turn your passion for cars and motorsport into a career
A long-term opportunity with an established industry leader
A varied role combining customer service, technology and the automotive industry
If you're great with people, good with computers and genuinely passionate about cars and motorsport, this could be the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door.
