Employment Type: Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver appropriate training and assessments according to KGF work instructions
• Deliver site floor inductions for new or transferring employees
• Manage administration associated with the tutoring role, including Kronos administration
• Ensure compliance with KGF work instructions, policies and procedures
• Assist with any changes to our work instructions and policies for the relevant area of the site
• Spend time with new and existing employees, including regular checks on our new employees
• Attend Organisational Development team meetings
• Assist in developing new work instructions
• Keep training records up to date at all times

YOU WILL NEED:

• Training experience in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge and leadership of Workplace Health and Safety requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures
• A solutions focus and ability to follow through
• A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
• Great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated and enthusiastic disposition, and be a team player
• Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
• Confident with computers and an ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
