Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analysts will work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence, and executing investment opportunities. This is an opportunity for a strong performer who has experience with financial analysis and research through other experience. The ideal candidate should possess resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting analysis across markets and industries; ability to work independently and be highly curious; good project management skills with the ability to multi-task; and strong written, presentation, and oral communication skills. - Build complex financial and valuation models - Assist in preparation of investment memorandums for the investment committee - Perform due diligence and financial analysis across a very broad range of asset classes, business types and investment types (equity / preferred equity and minority / control) - Conduct research on companies, industries, and asset classes - Conduct interviews with industry experts and management teams - Assist in the execution of transactions - Monitoring and driving further value on existing portfolio companies
