Job Description

Turner & Townsend offers the opportunity to work with world-class clients on cutting-edge infrastructure projects, while building a rewarding career with exceptional support at every stage.

We’re seeking a visionary and inclusive leader to join us as Infrastructure Director. You’ll bring deep expertise in project delivery and a passion for challenging conventional approaches to drive better outcomes for clients and teams.

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across major infrastructure sectors, including power & utilities, transport, renewables, and ideally water.Inspire and grow a high-performing team, fostering excellence and innovation. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Drive business development and expand our presence in the market. Champion service delivery excellence and contribute to strategic growth.

Qualifications

Must be currently residing in Australia with full working rightsProfessionally qualified in one or more of the following fields: construction, cost management, engineering or project management. Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar industry. Sound knowledge and understanding of the construction industry. Experience with major projects in utilities, power, transport, and/or renewables. Exceptional business development experience with a large network in the South Australia infrastructure market. Experience of working within a client focussed consultancy environment. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail with the ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills
