THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Accountant to join our Finance team based at our Rydalmere Head Office.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role offers an outstanding opportunity to develop a strong foundation across a broad range of finance functions including financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, tax and business operations.
You will join a supportive and high-performing team that is committed to mentoring, professional development and continuous improvement. As an Approved Training Employer (ATE), Stowe Australia will fully support your Chartered Accountants (CA) studies while providing valuable hands-on experience and exposure across the business.
In addition to core accounting responsibilities, this role provides the opportunity to contribute to a range of exciting finance and technology initiatives across the business. This includes exposure to projects involving workflow automation, business process improvement, data warehousing, reporting enhancements, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools and solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student with an interest in accounting and finance, as well as a curiosity for systems, technology, and the evolving future of finance operations within a large and successful Australian organisation.
