Groundsman/handyman

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and reliable Groundsman/handyman to join our Bathurst team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation and has an exceptional eye for detail.

What the role includes:

• Lawn mowing (including ride on mowers for the bigger jobs).

• Whipper Snipping and edging.

• Hedge trimming and pruning.

• Weed control and spraying.

• General garden maintenance and weed pulling.

• Basic garden clean-ups and presentation work.

• Loading equipment and towing a trailer between sites.

• Minor home repairs and maintenance.
  

About you:

• You enjoy working outdoors and take pride in neat, tidy, well-presented gardens.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience with grounds, gardening or similar (preferred)

• Confident operating grounds equipment including push mowers, ride on mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, whipper snippers etc.

• Able to safely drive and operate a vehicle with a trailer.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work unsupervised or as part of a team.

• Mechanically minded.
