We’re looking for an experienced, values‑driven Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders on complex people matters and help shape inclusive, high‑performing workplaces.
In this role, you be a trusted advisor who supports leaders on employee relations, industrial relations, performance management and organisational change, while building leadership capability and supporting employee engagement. You’ll balance strategic influence with hands‑on support in a dynamic community services environment.
You’ll be a core member of our Talent and Capability team, working alongside Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organisational Development and Industrial Relations to support the full employee lifecycle.

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships within a portfolio in addition to having significant expertise in all aspects of HR.
