We're opening up EOI's for an Constructions Manager role that has arisen in the business as we are expanding to NSW & QLD:

Construction Manager - Formcom (NSW & QLD)

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple formwork projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedules and uphold Formcom's reputation for quality, speed and precision

• Manage client relationships on site, serving as a point of contact, providing regular updates, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded

• Lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams, including supervisors, carpenters, and subcontractors, promoting a strong safety culture and high performance

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, with safety remaining paramount

• Collaborate with Alan and his Estimating teams to optimise resources and project outcomes

• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, incorporating innovative formwork techniques and technologies

• Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to Leadership

• Oversee and manage materials and logistics ensuring every site is enabled to deliver efficiently and effectively

• Recruit best in class talent in the form of employee's and subcontractors - Formworkers, Carpenters, Jump crew etc

Must have:

• 5+ years experience in the Formwork industry

• 5+ years experience as an Site / Construction Manager within Formwork

• Ability to travel between NSW & QLD as well as sites
