About the role:

As an Associate within the team, you will:

• Support sophisticated disputes for major commercial clients, including listed companies, funds, and private groups.
• Build experience across complex litigation, including regulatory matters, contested proceedings, and business critical disputes.
• Be responsible for preparing key documents, including pleadings, advice, and client updates, while working closely with partners and senior lawyers on case strategy and client interactions.

The ideal candidate:

• 1 – 3 PQE with exposure to commercial litigation and disputes.
• Strong drafting, research and analysis skills.
• Experience in court processes, evidence and matter preparation.
• Confident communicator with good client instincts.
• Proactive and dependable, with the confidence to take ownership while still working well in a team.
