About The Role

A role has become available for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our team. This role will work closely with the People & Culture Director to support the people function nationally.

This will be a generalist role with the ability to get involved in a broad range of HR areas such as:

RecruitmentManaging the onboarding and offboarding processesHR Operations and process improvementSupporting cyclical HR initiatives such as probation reviews, goal setting, performance evaluationsParticipation in P&C projects and change initiatives such as, Remuneration and Benefits, D&I, Engagement, Leadership Development

We are looking for someone who is adaptable and willing to think outside the square to achieve business outcomes. You will receive a high level of support and mentoring and are not expected to have all the answers – your most important trait will be your willingness to learn.

To be considered you will also have:

Relevant tertiary qualificationsMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Open to candidates from a Talent Acquisition background or HR Coordinators looking for a step up)Recruitment experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detailProven ability to communicate effectively and confidentiallySkills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
