Corporate Account Manager

Market-leading SKOPE commercial refrigeration is supplied to some of the market’s largest beverage, hospitality and retail brands. With the largest design and innovation centre of its kind in Australasia, we are focused on developing low-energy, environmentally friendly, high-performance products.

We are looking for a Corporate Account Manager to support and grow SKOPE’s direct relationships with our large corporate customers. This is a pivotal role that sits within our Corporate Sales team and will work closely with the Channel Manager to drive growth.

The Corporate Account Manager will manage key customer relationships in the convenience, food service, grocery and beverage sectors, providing equipment, services and funding solutions. The role focuses on retaining clients, identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that create real value for our customers and SKOPE.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially savvy, relationship-driven, and genuinely solution-focused. Experience working in or with similar industries will be helpful, but it’s not a requirement. You’ll need to be confident managing a varied portfolio, juggling customer needs, and working with internal teams to deliver on your commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate contacts
• Driving concentrated business development activity to identify, develop, and convert new corporate opportunities
• Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Developing relationships and new business opportunities across sectors including Aged Care, Healthcare, and Mining
• Coordinating sales activities, forecasting, and reporting against budget
• Working closely with internal teams across product, design, marketing, and logistics to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Participating in product launches, promotional activities, and relevant trade shows
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity

What you will bring:

• A solution-focused mindset and strong commercial acumen
• Proven experience managing key accounts and client relationships
• A demonstrated business development capability through prospecting, opening doors and converting opportunities
• Successful experience with consultative selling, focusing on understanding the customer's operational problems first and then bring together the right equipment, service and funding solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

This role will involve regular travel within Sydney/Melbourne and Australia, as well as occasional travel to New Zealand to connect with the wider SKOPE team and learn more about our product and culture.
