Domestic/Office Cleaner

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Domestic, Office Cleaning to join our team at The Elite Clean Team in Ipswich QLD 4305. This is a casual role, with the potential of permanency.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean residential properties and offices, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising all rooms.

• Prepare properties for new tenants by completing bond cleans.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements and have the ability to refer them back to administration.

• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and restocked as needed.

• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.

• Follow all policies and procedures throughout day to day work.

• Must be an Australian citizen with full working rights.

• Previous experience in a domestic/office or bond cleaning role.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in domestic or bond cleaning is required.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. (Taking pride in all work task)

• Ability to work efficiently and independently.

• Trustworthy, presentable and personable.

• Proficient in the use of cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.

• Physically capable of repetitive cleaning tasks

• Must be able to start early (6am) and finish late (6pm)

REQUIRED:

• Current Australian driver's licence (essential).

• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between jobs.

• Police check through AFP or QPS (Must be a National Police Certificate).

• Working with Children's Check WCC, Yellow card/NDIS Screening desirable.

• Availability Monday - Friday between 6am - 6pm.

• Comfortable working in private homes, NDIS environments, and commercial settings.
