Company DescriptionATMOCE Australia and NZ is a growing clean energy technology company focused on delivering innovative energy storage solutions across the Australian and New Zealand markets.As part of a global organisation operating in more than 20 countries, we are committed to building strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of operational and financial excellence.We offer a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where employees are encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas and grow with the business.About the RoleThe Finance Manager will be responsible for both day-to-day financial operations and strategic financial support for the Australian business including:Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Payroll processesProcess employee expenses and corporate credit card reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end financial close activitiesMonitor business performance and provide recommendations to managementSupport reporting requirements for global headquartersCoordinate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisorsSupport BAS, GST, PAYG and other statutory reporting obligationsMaintain financial controls, policies and compliance documentationSkills & ExperienceEssential• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline• CPA or CA qualified (or currently working towards qualification)• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting or finance roles• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities• Ability to work independently in a standalone finance roleHighly Desirable• Experience in renewable energy, technology, manufacturing or distribution industries• Experience with Xero, SAP Business One, MYOB or similar systems• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for this roleApply NowIf you are interested in joining ATMOCE Australia and NZ, please submit your application via LinkedIn or email your CV to:sandy.sun@atmoce.com
