Team Leader | Senior Beauty Therapist

Services: Waxing (brows, body, female Brazilian), tinting, spray tanning, makeup.

As Team Leader, you'll work alongside a fantastic Salon Manager to lead the day-to-day floor — coaching the team, keeping standards sharp, and making sure every client leaves feeling like a 10/10. It's a genuine step up in responsibility, without carrying the full weight of running the salon solo.

• Employment type: Casual, with your choice of full-time or part-time hours (30–38 hours/week available)

• Casual rates: $39.97/hr Mon–Fri, $47.89/hr Sat, $67.65/hr Sun

• Performance bonuses: Earn up to $4 per hour extra, every pay cycle (pending performance)

• A permanent role can be made available after a qualifying period, if preferred

• Location: Westfield Helensvale Shopping Centre, Helensvale

• Certificate III (or higher) in Beauty Therapy

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Beauty Therapist

• A genuine standard for client experience, and the presence to help lead a team toward it

• Helping lead, coach, and develop the team day to day

• Rostering, stock, salon flow, and standards

• Client experience and protecting the WAXD standard

• Contributing to performance targets and celebrating wins

• Bringing ideas that keep the salon improving
