What You'll Be Doing

As a Lead Educator, you'll play a key role in guiding children's learning and development by:

• Leading and inspiring a team of educators within your room
• Creating engaging learning experiences aligned to the EYLF
• Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
• Supporting children's growth through intentional teaching practices
• Contributing to a positive team culture focused on quality outcomes

About You

We're looking for educators who are passionate about making a difference and committed to delivering quality outcomes for children.

You will have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification)
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
