About the role
As a member of the Organisational Development team, the Senior Learning & Development Partner works collaboratively with key stakeholders across the SA Housing Trust (The Trust), to identify current and future capability requirements to provide a contemporary learning and development offering aligned with professional and organisational needs.
Collaborating with relevant external vendors and subject matter experts, the role will deliver solutions to address identified capability gaps and support development activity, including coordinating, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on development activities, and evaluating impact of learning solutions.
The role also provides key advice to business units regarding L&D tailored development options and manages the procurement and coordination of learning and development services.

RequirementsDesirable - A relevant degree, or recognised qualification in organisational development, human resources management or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education / training. Desirable - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Remuneration$105,747 - $111,854 (ASO6)
