 Detailed Job Description: Degree in Information Systems, Technology, or relevant discipline Certifications in relevant technologies is desirable Experience and Knowledge Demonstrated and have knowledge supporting 24x7 Technology Systems Demonstrated and have knowledge managing MS Windows, Azure and or AKS Demonstrated knowledge in managing the OS upgrade activities Demonstrated and have knowledge of incident, problem, capacity and change management (ITILdesirable) and ability to maintain technical documentation. Demonstrated and have knowledge using CI/CD pipelines for deployment Self-driven, inquisitive mindset with tenacity to solve problems and deliver outcomes
